GOLD-82 Show expired txs, queue length and queue time in monitor large view

ISSUE SUMMARY:

Currently, large-network monitor page does not show number of expired txs, queue length and queue time. These stats are quite important for the new nonce queue feature which will be live in ITN network. So we want a toggle or checkbox on the page and if it is clicked, it should display these extra information on the page.
